There is so much going on in the world and it has to do with the new economic era that we referred to many many times during the last months…

and it’s actually happening, it’s right in front of our eyes – we are now transitioning into this new economic era…

Nothing stays the same, everything’s changing, big big changes, and we need to be prepared.

So, let me take you on a quick tour, I want to share news and let’s see what is going on in the world of business right now.

Business News | Entering the New Era

Researching the News

OK, so first, let’s discuss what happens with Victoria’s Secret bankruptcy

BankruptcyHQ says…Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works Have Officially Parted Ways.

Multiple sources claim that Victoria’s Secret’s United Kingdom, subsidiary, which filed for bankruptcy last year, is now liquidating its brick and mortar operations. L Brands teamed up with Next last year, a struggling clothing store in the United Kingdom. Victoria’s Secret & Co. and Next did not respond to emails immediately.

And I found more information on TheFilipinoTimes…

The UK arm of Victoria’s Secret has filed for bankruptcy amid the socio-economic impact of coronavirus disease.

The lingerie brand has collapsed into administration, with accountancy firm Deloitte being appointed to renegotiate lease terms as well as sell the loss-making division in order to save the business owner L Brands LB. According to Deloitte, the company had become a victim of the lockdown rules, which saw consumers spending less on nonessential items like fashion and luxury.

But I believe Victoria’s Secret is not shutting down due to covid only, I believe it has to do with the secret of Victoria’s Secret that is not so secret anymore…

Do you know what it is?

There are rumors, this is not 100% verified information, so, I better not reveal it, we will find out sooner or later why Victoria’s Secret is closing and what this secret really is.

So, let’s move on!

OK, first we discussed Victoria’s Secret and I believe that they are going bankrupt due to their secret.

So, let’s see when this secret will be revealed and if the rumors were true.

So next, let’s see what InsideRetail.asia says…Inditex withdraws three brands from China.

Zara’s sister brands, Bershka, Pull&Bear and Stradivarius, are to shut their Tmall stores, ceasing operations in Mainland China after removing physical stores earlier this year, according to WWD.

Inditex’s other brands, including Zara and Massimo Dutti, however, will remain operating in the market. The withdrawal of the labels from China follows American Eagle Outfitters’ recent move to close its local e-commerce stores in the country, prompting its departure from the market.

While Inditex recorded growth across most of its geographic markets with revenue and net profit increasing 36 per cent and 80 per cent, respectively, in China – where 67 stores were affected by Covid-19 restrictions – the Spanish retailer experienced the reverse fortune.

OK, we’ve read the news about Inditex. What that really means? They are withdrawing 3 brands from China and they own these massive brands like Zara, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius.

Imagine the chain of reactions because they are leaving China that has the biggest population in the world, it’s a huge market, and this action has a huge effect on employees, vendors, partners, it’s an action that affects millions of people.

Next, let’s discuss YahooFinance and this article – 10 big companies that went bankrupt due to COVID.

NPC International Inc., this company may not be a household name but is the largest franchisee of Pizza Hut restaurants.

Hertzstruggled after the drop in travel due to the pandemic last year…

this is interesting…

Hertz had about $20 billion in debt last year.

Did you know that? I believe no one knew.

The company is working on selling most of its fleet to pay its creditors.

And this happens very often when you use funds to get started with a business, and most people would believe that Hertz is doing fine and that is thriving – you see stores full of customers but you never know what’s happening behind the doors, and this company that seems to be thriving, was actually struggling to survive.

So, you never know what is going on…

CMX Cinemas, Rubie’s Costume Company, Brooks Brothers, J. Crew

J.C. Penney – The pandemic was not the only reason the retailer filed for bankruptcy, was already struggling due to competition from Amazon and Walmart, the company reached a deal to sell most of its retail and operating assets…

Gold’s Gym, Chesapeake Energy

Virgin Atlantic – Richard Branson’s company tried to negotiate a bailout deal with the British government and a private rescue package, but things didn’t work out.

Even Virgin is closing.

OK, what an article on YahooFinance!

All these major companies going bankrupt.

And I was very surprised to see Richard Branson’s Virgin on this list…and the article says that most of these companies are closing due to covid and the pandemic but I believe there’s something more, but let’s discuss that at the end of the video where I’ll give you a recap.

And next, I found a list on Obsev.comPopular Stores That Are Closing Locations in 2022.

Shopping malls are a thing of the past and unfortunately, many of the stores that you used to see in those malls have become relics too.

This is a big list:

Chipotle – found itself in a challenging situation due to rising health concerns.

GNC – General Nutrition Centre.

Kohl’s – the owners of competitor JCPenney, put in an offer to buy the company that ultimately fell through due to a decrease in sales caused by inflation.

McDonald’s – closing “low volume” locations by the hundreds. Costs have increased for the fast food brand following the pandemic to implement new health and safety regulations…

Signet Jewelers, Office Depot, Macy’s, Gamestop

All these brands

JC Penney

Walmart – one of the biggest retailers in the world, has seen some setbacks in recent years. The chain was forced to close a few locations…dozens of those locations to close permanently. Walmart is also focusing more of their business on online sales due to increased demand.

Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Hooters, Bed Bath & Beyond, CVS, Beth & Body Works, The Cheesecake Factory, PetSmart, Walgreens, J. Crew, Papyrus, NordStrom, Family Dollar, Pier 1 Imports, Kmart, Gap, Bloomingdale’s, Tuesday Morning, Sears, Destination Maternity, 99 Cents Only, Art Van Furniture, Fred’s Pharmacy, Guitar Center, Neiman Marcus, Hallmark, Bose, AT&T, Olympia Sports, Modell’s Sporting Goods, Land’s End, Wilsons Leather, The Children’s Place, Forever 21, Chico’s, Vitamin Shoppe, Abercrombie & Fitch, Claire’s, Payless, Mattress Firm, Victoria’s Secret, Henri Bendel

Tesla – Tesla as a company probably isn’t going anywhere anytime soon, but the physical storefronts that display the newest cars from the company may soon become a thing of the past. The company is looking to focus their attention elsewhere by allowing customers to buy their cars entirely online and closing these unnecessary physical locations.

I have more news about Tesla, about electric cars in general…in a moment…

Dressbarn, Gymboree, Bebe, Nine West

All these brands

OK, what a massive list on Obsev! All the major brands. Walmart, Tesla, JC Penney, and McDonald’s.

Let’s discuss McDonald’s a little bit because I believe that their downfall actually started when they got pushed away from the Russian market, in February or March? when the invasion happened.

And I believe it has to do with what I mention later in this video and in this article – about food processing sites that are getting burned and although McDonald’s is not a food processing company, they buy processed food, they cook it, and they sell it.

And there is so much information about McDonald’s online, and if you do your research, you will find out that they use toxic ingredients and ingredients that can harm our health…

and I believe this is the main reason…

as we always say, the new era does not have room for brands that care only about maximizing their profits, or don’t respect the environment, the planet, and humans,.

The new era has room only for brands that make this world a better place…

so I believe this is the reason why McDonald’s is shutting down so many stores throughout the globe.

Another one I found on News24xx.com, dozens of world giant companies went bankrupt on social media.

The company went bankrupt due to the Covid-19 pandemic:

Victoria’s Secret declared bankruptcy.

Zara closed 1,200 stores.

La Chapelle withdrew 4391 stores.

Chanel and Hermes was discontinued

Patek Philippe discontinued production.

Rolex discontinued production

Nike has a total of USD 23 billion US dollars preparing for the second stage of layoffs.

Gold’s gym filed for bankruptcy.

The founder of Airbnb said that because of the pandemic, 12 years of efforts were destroyed in 6 weeks.

Now, about the list on News24xx, it’s the first that I come across this website, and I can’t tell if this information is actually true…

there is so much fake news out there…

but this list of those brands keeps popping up on other websites as well, but as I said, you never know what’s true or what’s misinformation.

I found another interesting article on TheMazatlanPostMajor brands declare bankruptcy worldwide.

Victoria’s Secret, Zara, La Chapelle, Chanel, Hermes, Patek Philippe, Rolex, Nike, Gold’s gym, Airbnb, Starbucks, WeWork, Biggest Car Rental company (Hertz), Biggest Trucking company (Comcar), Oldest retail company (JC Penny), Biggest investor in the world (Warren Buffet) lost $50B in the last 2 months, Biggest investment company in the world (BlackRock) is signalling disaster…

Along with Vanguard and StateStreet

Biggest mall in America (Mall of America), Most reputable airline in the world (Emirates)

US Treasury printing trillions to try to keep the economy on life support…

and the rest of brands…it’s the same list with the previous article.

Unemployment claims reached an all-time high of 38+ million – unemployment is over 25% (out of 160 million of work force, close to 40 million are jobless).

40 million people without job

With no income, consumer demand is falling drastically and the economy will go into a free fall. This is just USA

Unemployed people in the USA alone

%

Over-unemployment

Another impressive list on TheMazatlanPost, and I want to highlight a few things here!

First thing is about Hertz. They refer to Hertz as the biggest car rental company in the world.

But, we’ve read in the previous article that Hertz had a debt of $20 billion – this is huge.

And we don’t know even know if this company was profitable, and obviously was not, because they are declaring bankruptcy.

And for me, naming a company the biggest in the world, in their respective industry, without this company being a healthy organization, without this company being highly profitable, for me it’s a mistake.

And for me, the biggest company in the world is the one with the biggest IMPACT!

And the second thing I want to highlight here is Warren Buffet. He lost $50 million?

All the signs are very clear, they all point out to the same direction – dollar is collapsing, euro is collapsing, the stock market is going to CRASH!

We just don’t know the dates – when it will happen, but it will happen.

Abd the third thing I want to highlight…they said that the US Treasury, is printing trillions to support the economy.

Wow! What a solution.

With just paper and ink…meaning you have a typography….this is not a treasury, it’s a typography business.

And this is what actually hurts the economy, this is the reason why economy is declining, you can’t…Fiat money destroys economies, it’s fake money, it’s not backed by precious metals.

This is what I searched for…Tesla cars getting burned.

Why am I searching this keyword?

Because I found some social media posts on Telegram mentioning Tesla and other electric cars catching fires and I wanted to verify this information…

It’s true…

InsideEVs – Tesla Model Y Catches Fire While Driving, Driver Struggled To Escape.

A Tesla owner in Canada says he was driving his electric crossover when it alerted him of an error, powered down, started smoking, and suddenly caught fire. He also claims he had no choice but to break the window to escape from the burning vehicle.

Let’s see the video a little bit…Smoke, flames…

Here is a very interesting list – Tesla Fire records information about Tesla car fires and other Tesla fire incidents that received news coverage.

119 confirmed cases, Fatalities Involving a Tesla Car Fire Count: 39.

Tesla hits tree

All these incidents

And this time I searched for electric cars getting burned.

As you can see there is a lot going on…

Plug-in electric vehicle fire incidents – Wikipedia.

And here are other keywords people use…

electric cars catching fire, how many electric cars have caught fire, why do electric cars catch fire, tesla catches fire while charging, a review of battery fires in electric vehicles, what happens when an electric car catches fire, electric cars exploding in flood, lithium-ion car battery fire.
So, there is something going on with electric cars…Don’t buy an electric car, just yet, hold on, let’s see what will happen!

So many damaged Tesla cars, so many accidents, people died!

And I started investigating this topic a while ago because I was intrigued to see what’s happening.

I thought that electric cars was a better solution but it proved that they are not.

And here’s what’s happening…

Electric cars cause damage to the environment – these lithium batteries.

Have you seen how these batteries are being assembled?

Do your research!

And you’ll find out that there are thousands of kids, children working under the worst conditions to assemble these batteries.

And I believe electric cars are going away.

Other things are going away as well, like everything that causes damage to the environment…is going away.

Oil? maybe nuclear power?

I don’t know but we are going to witness big big changes in this new economic era.

Another interesting I found on TheBeltWayReport

Syndicated with permission via Valiant News| Staff Writer| The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit has upheld a Texas social media law that bars companies from removing posts or banning users based on a user’s viewpoints – especially based on political ideology – which overturns a lower court’s decision to block the law.

It’s mostly about Facebook.

Something very interesting…I found on wlac.iheart.com, Ron Johnson Gets Big Tech Execs to Admit They Influence …

And here it means elections.

And this is the senator, he discusses with a former senior VP at Twitter and a former VP at Facebook

and they admit that these platforms can actually influence elections because these are massive platforms that reach millions and billions of peopl, daily.

So, this is huge.

Next, I want to discuss an article I found on JustTheNews, this is huge…

Federal court upholds Texas social media law, clearing way for users to sue over censorship.

Texans now have the ability to sue big tech social media companies that censor certain political viewpoints.

A federal appeals court on Friday evening upheld Texas’ social media law, ruling that residents can sue big tech companies for censoring political viewpoints.

The 5th US Circuit Court of Appeals overturned a lower court ruling that had blocked the law from taking effect.

“Today we reject the idea that corporations have a freewheeling First Amendment right to censor what people say,” Judge Andrew S. Oldham wrote in the majority opinion.

The ruling clears the way for Texans and the Texas Attorney General’s office to file lawsuits against Big Tech giants like YouTube, Twitter and Facebook if they take down or censor certain political viewpoints.

Now, as concerns big tech, social media, and the new laws in Texas, I believe that these laws will be applied all over the world.

You can’t pretend that you live in a democratic country, and at the same time censor people over their ideologies.

And it’s not only about ideologies, they are censoring everything, every bit of information.

I had a very hard time during the last 2 years with some of my advertisements, some of my articles and videos, and other marketing material, and I had problems with clients and partners…

Thousands of people had problems and issues with big tech.

This has to be stopped today!

So, I applaud the new law in Texas and I can’t wait to see it spreading all over the world, quickly.

An interesting tweet by Robert Kiyosaki, financial expert, educator, investor, and author of the book “Rich Dad Poor Dad”, is a man that I follow for the last years…

And he says…

And…another article that I found by searching for specific keywords – I searched for “Food processing sites that are getting burned in 2022”

because there are so many rumors on social media about food-processing businesses that are catching fires and getting destroyed in the USD lately…and…let me show you…they say…

Smoke and mirrorsWhat’s behind the apparent rash of fires at U.S. food-processing facilities?

Is America’s food industry being sabotaged? Consumers got a sense that our food-supply chains might be fragile when Covid-19 outbreaks shut down several meatpacking plants in the spring of 2020. Supermarket meat coolers were thinly stocked for weeks.

Our “food supply is under attack,”

By the spring of 2022, the lists of fires and other incidents had grown to include more than 90 events: fires damaged meatpacking plants in Georgia, Illinois, and other states; millions of chickens and turkeys were destroyed at dozens of farms; within a single week, airplanes crashed into two food-production facilities; and so on.

 “What’s going on here?”

“Food processing plants all over the country seem to be catching on fire.”

“we have found no evidence that these incidents are either intentional or connected.” But the fuse was already lit.

the fact that nearly 100 food-producing businesses had been affected seemed too suspicious to ignore.

So, that’s another theme that is occuring lattely.

Now, about food processing sites…we discussed that when I referred to McDonald’s.

And as the article we’ve read on City Journal – what’s behind those food processing sites disasters – I believe that’s what is behind…they are forcing them to stop operating.

I don; ‘t know – maybe there are new laws in place and they are not complying…maybe it is something else, I don’t know exactly.

But there is a war there. They are targeting only food processing sites…

this is at least…suspicious…at least.

And another very interesting article I found on EuroNews.comThis Japanese start-up has designed a high-speed motorcycle that can fly for 40 minutes.

Let me show you…it’s amazing!

So, this is what’s happening.

What about this new technology, the flying bicycle? Incredible? It shows what people can do when they are creative…and

it’s not only flying bicycles…

I’ve seen vests that you wear and that they can lift you up, and you can fly pretty fast…

and I believe that there are more technologies like this that are hidden from plain sight right now, and we are going to discover more of these technologies very very soon.

Don’t worry, the future is bright. The future is here.

So, let’s do a recap, let’s see where…what this new economic era actually means.

Recap, a New Economic Era

OK, let’s recap.

We have those disasters, we have so many companies that are declaring bankruptcy, and people getting left unemployed, we have the economic recession…

On the other hand…we have new technologies that are emerging – and I believe there are more hidden…and we have some new laws in place, and some other good things that are happening…

and I believe the signs are very clear, very obvious, the future is here…

and we are moving away from maximizing profits X3…

We are moving away from dropping quality in order to reduce the cost of production…

we are moving away from corruption, from greed, from disrespecting the environment and every living being…

we are moving toward a more beautiful business world where brands want to impact the world and provide superior user experiences…

This is the future of business!

And we are so damn prepared!

And I want to welcome you and invite you to my “7 Ideals” methodology – the beta group opening…

We are opening a beta group, the beta group revisited, very very soon, next week or many next one!
