Here we go, straight to the point.
Jeff Walker, the master of product launches, is back. He’s organising the annual “Live Launch Masterclass”.
A 3-part training series all about launching products in all markets, in all industries. A formula that has changed the way brands interact with their customers.
I’ve seen the formula in action countless times and I’ve participated in hundreds of product launches following Jeff’s method, with the majority of them being highly successful, and not just in terms of revenue.
Let’s dive in.
Jeff Walker – Live Launch Masterclass ’25
Free 3-Part Series Starting Aug 18
Jeff’s Background
It all started in 1996, when Jeff was in a terrible situation, a stay-at-home dad taking care of his children, not able to support his family with money.
No one wants to be in such a position.
He launched his online business from the kids’ room. A free email newsletter about the stock market sent to just 19 people.
This free service gradually became a premium offer and long story short, the product launch formula was born.
Ever since, the formula has been adopted by thousands of brands and Jeff became an icon in the online marketing space.

Aug 18: The Sideways Sales Letter
In essence, it’s a sequence of pre-launch content followed by a sales message. Not just any sequence, but a well-structured one to get your audience excited for your offer before they can buy it.
It’s about delivering value in advance and getting prospects to like and trust your brand.
The types of content you can use are many and this mostly depends on your industry and niche market.
The big secret here is to not overdeliver, don’t give away too much, but instead, to deliver as much as needed to get people’s attention and follow your sequence.
If you share too much, people are getting confused and do not pay attention.
I recommend that you attend the first session of the launch masterclass fully-focused on what Jeff has to share. In my experience, there are many brands with which I had partnered up and they could not get their audience excited with the pre-launch content.
This is all about finding the right balance.
Aug 21: The 3 Types of Launches
Many different types of launches fit in various situations, but generally, in the “Product Launch Formula”, there are 3 primary types.
- Seed Launch
- Internal Launch
- Joint Venture (JV) Launch
Seed launch is mostly suitable for cases when the business owner doesn’t yet have a product or offer. They may have an email list, a small one, or they may not have an email list at all.
With the seed launch, you can get paid to create your product. You launch before the creation of the product, and you co-create the product with members in your community.
The seed launch can also be used when you have an established business but want to create a new product, and you want to be sure that there is a market willing to pay for it.
Internal launch is mostly used when you have a product and an offer ready. In most cases, you have an audience and an email list.
Here, you can use a structured sequence like this: pre-prelaunch, prelaunch, open cart or other variations.
A seed launch can also lead to an internal launch afterwards.
JV launch is when you ask for the help of external partners. Those JV partners, or affiliates, will drive traffic to your launch and they will get paid a commission out of every sale they make.
You split part of your revenue but you cut the costs of advertising to a minimum. Every JV partner has their own audience, their own email lists, and their own ways of bringing people to your launch.
JV launches generate much bigger results because you are not limited to your own audience and you tap into other people’s audiences.
Another huge advantage is the fact that people who join your launch end up being on your email list, which, in most cases, starts growing quickly.
On the contrary, this type of launch is much more complicated and there’s more work to be done.
Jeff and I do not recommend that you do a JV launch right away. Do a seed or an internal launch first, and you can organise a JV launch in the near future.
I have participated in hundreds of those JV launches.
Aug 24: The Launch Blueprint and the Live Broadcast
Jeff will go through the whole launch blueprint live on stage to explain everything about his system, all the steps from start to finish.
He will also be sharing various resources that you can download and take action on immediately.
There will be guests, older PLF owners and many case studies to visualise what’s possible with this program.
I can’t reveal more information about this live event, it’s something you need to experience on your own.
