Today, it’s the first time I discuss the “7 Ideals” methodology on the blog. It’s a method I was working on for 2+ years privately with clients.

The term “7 Ideals” came only recently as I was refining and improving the model.

So, what this methodology can do for your business?

The “7 Ideals” Methodology – Prelude

Principles

The methodology is based on simplicity and although there are many moving parts and at first sight, it seems like a complex process, it’s actually very simple and easy to understand.

It’s about applying methodic work ethics to a business or organization.

It is not an isolated marketing methodology.

We look at businesses as a whole. Thoroughly, we investigate every asset a business has and we identify assets that need to be developed.

It incorporates marketing and advertising, administration and management, production, sales, web development, multimedia production, digital products and services, partnerships, and other strategies, and is based on the rule of “7 out of X”.

I use a variety of channels to build a “machine” that is set to work for years. 

For me, a business is just a machine that needs to work properly and this can be accomplished by putting the pieces together. 

A well-organized business that is customer-centric, focused on quality products and services, one that we constantly monitor and improve, is a well-oiled machine.

Now, the number “7” is a very important number, For everything I do, I need to be working on at least 7 elements.

The 7 elements are designed on a map that is custom-made for any business. At every given time, a business operates with 7 elements. The total number of elements varies. But first, we identify all the elements before we proceed with any investment (time, resources, or money).

It’s a strategic approach that is simple. 

But…here’s the thing. Very often, we proceed with tactics that seem counterintuitive. You need to trust the process and follow the method all along.
