TC360 – Recently Launched MLM Full of Red Flags

Today under the microscope is a recently launched network marketing company. One that claim to deliver not only high quality retailable consumer products but one on a clear mission to improve the global community we live in. They are committed to helping individuals with a business opportunity that opens the door to personal success and potentially limitless financial suceess. Companies that thrive are built around superior products and motivated distributors.

Impressive, I am excited…

Inside TC360

The homepage header with the scrolling images follows a modern design path that express status. They welcome visitors with bold headlines…

  • Achieve your goals today
  • Creating an opportunity ahead
  • Developed with science behind

Now there is an issue with the images to be honest. It is OK for an MLM company to use stock images but I believe it is extremely unprofessional to publish a stock image referring to the company’s facilities. If the company does not own a building it is OK, just do not show any building.

This first impression was not the best but let’s move forward, with caution…

Underneath we can track quotes from various entrepreneurs

About Page – The Story- They say

TC360 is structured as an MLM designed to let you be a part of the markeitng / sales force. Instead of spending money in standard advertising methods we pay you to share TC360 products with others. So you can own a business with little risk and no overhead costs. and more blah blah blah..

But where is the story of the company?…

Meet the CEO of TC360

Dear member he starts…we chose direct distribution as the sales model for our products. the dfocus on…..and blah blah blah…

I was waiting to meet the CEO face to face, not to read more marketing pitches and another stock image.

Management Team

Here we can see a list of people, just the names, no images added.

Executives

  • David Feinstein – Master Distributor
  • Rob Bunce – Executive Director
  • Rebecca Bunce – Executive Director
  • Joel Esteves – Secretary / VP Sales

and Advisory Board

Faith Bautista, Paul Morinishi, Shawn Taylor, Greg Taylor, Rolando Esteban, Matt Bejar, Alex Oyen, James Del Rosario, Romichelle Del Rosario

Too many relatives on the board. I believe that the company is not a serious one. Definitely this is not the way a legit MLM company is presenting team members.

Contact

This main address is provided 468 N. Camden Dr. Suite 202, Beverly Hills, California 90210. There are 2 more office addresses.

I performed a Google search for this address. Google not only has indexed the location, there is a street view image as you can see at my screenshot. A global business center for executive and virtual offices. Many brands are using that same address.

Owners – Domain

With the help of the whois database I uncover the registration date for the domain tc360.world, 11 November 2016. The owners are hiding from the public using privacy protection.

The Products

How their products and services help, discover the benefits today. This section is nothing more a pitch again. Where are the products?..Don’t tell there are no products at all. At last I found it under the shop tab…but

There is only 1 listing and the image is not displaying the physical product. It is just an ad banner.

Automotives: Octane booster with injector cleaner, for use in gasoline, petrol and diesel. Each tablet treats up to 12-12 gallons, desaigned to optimize vehicles performance….The specifications are not listed.

Very bad impression….Nope, I am not interested guys, thanks anyway..let’s move faster just to investigate all the departments, disappointed though…

The Opportunity

You must be in business for yourself. You will never obtain the lifestyle you deserve working for others…!!!…I know, let’s see the compensation plan…please

Oh, there is a video, press the play Tasos, don’t be afraid…

The video is created by the direct selling education foundation and is a pitch again on direct selling and its advantages.

10 ways to get paid

Now you can focus on retailing our products and services and helping others…

That would be ideal, I am all ears and eyes

Way 1 – direct sale profit

Way 2 – 10 Lorem ipsum….

Obviously the compensation plan is missing. I pressed the enroll button to find out where the opportunity is available. To my surprise the country list is very long, probably including every country in the world. And this is a red flag, because legit just launched MLMs starting out with one or may be 2 countries and then move forward. TC360 is open worldwide for retailing, with no compensation plan in place. Let’s pretend this is a typo and not the official sign up form.

Success Stories

There is no compensation plan and no products, but TC360 surprises me again with text stories written by distributors.

Social Media

The Facebook page is mentioning various events in the USA, and someone named David Feistein is presented as master distributor. How can that be possible with ni compensation plan in place remains a mystery. The sporadic posts get almsot zero interaction from Facebook users. 1 like now and then.

The Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube icons redirect to the terms pages.

enough…

Pre-Conclusion

In order to be fair we have to wait for the compensation plan. This is the most important aspect of an MLM opportunity. If TC360 finally has a solid product line for retail sales and if the income plan is not based on recruitment then probably the company would be a legit one. Until then I will leave the review open…

Now let’s examing the facts…

I believe that TC360 is not a serious company and the reasons are many…let me recap

  • They use stock images for the facilities and the owner. If you own a company you should feel proud in showing who you are. The same applies for the building image, it has to be original. The rest website departments can use stock images, there is no problem.
  • They don’t say a word about the history of the company. Just a few names, no images at this section.
  • The contact address is clearly an address used by many virtual offices.
  • The domain is registered private.
  • The product is just a banner ad and there is no detailed description on what to expect. No scientific documents are published either to support the fuel booster.
  • The compensation plan is missing.

and on top of that they published success stories.

Let us wait for the missing parts….

That’s it, another review stays open, here on Web Market Support. I am waiting for your comments and thoughts. Till next time, your online partmer.

I was contacted on Facebook on how I had to get in on ground breaking opening & be a VIP Salesperson & it had to be pre-launch- they sent me the compensation info & I have never been more confused. They want 1300.00 to start or 1000.00 or at least u guessed it.. $360.00 marketing trick right there. Not sure how to post a video from Facebook message to here but I will try.

Aha, nice trick, indeed. But here is the point, you’re confused, so they lose!

Thank you so much, Amy, for discussing it with me. And as concerns the Facebook video I don’t think you can embed it here in the comment section, but you can try to include only the URL of the video
