“7 IDEALS” Methodology Overview & Invitation

HOT NEWS: I'm working on the "7 IDEALS METHODOLOGY" video presentation, the blueprint (infographic & guide), the 7 ideals page, and a brand-new contest. For more information, join the newsletter and get exclusive bonuses and discounts for a lifetime.

Overview & Invitation

This methodology is the end result of over 30 years in business and marketing and I'm working on it since late 2021.

A systematic and structured approach to developing and implementing proprietary and custom-made strategies, processes, and campaigns for small businesses and startups.

It’s a methodology specifically designed to help you compete efficiently in the overcomplicated marketplace.

It’s a proprietary system that looks at your business as a whole and gives you a clear path – a roadmap to follow – a solid and flexible strategy and action plan.

It involves a set of principles, processes, models, frameworks, tactics, and techniques that you can use to achieve and surpass your business goals and objectives.

It’s not just a methodology to promote your products and services, that’s only one tiny aspect. It’s a methodology that helps you design, run, manage, and grow businesses. From an initial idea to becoming a leading name in your respective industry and beyond.

Starting small is actually the biggest benefit in this multi-dimensional, fast-changing marketplace.

Small businesses are personal, we get to interact with our customers face-to-face, and serve them at the highest level possible.

We know we can’t compete with giant corporations on budget, resources, or technology, but when it comes to delivering user experiences… guess… who’s the boss!

It’s a carefully designed, strategically organized methodology that helps small business owners understand the market inside out, create a competitive advantage, and develop unmatched – innovative products that consumers can’t enjoy and recommend enough.

STAY TUNED!

I know we tend to look up to those that we view as public figures, and that is the case with influencers now on social media. There is a problem though. We perceive these folks through a much different lens than who they actually are, and we also perceive these folks with "followings" to be much more successful than they are.

I love the web applications that can save me time and help me create beautiful images on the go and share them via my social networks. We have discussed about Canva, the Online Logo Maker and how we can use both tools to produce artwork for our sites, blogs or social accounts.

Snappa

Free & Premium Design Tool

Slogan: Create online graphics in a snap. Whip up graphics for social media, ads, blogs, and more without Photoshop or graphic designers. Over 3 million images have been created using Snappa.

Snappa has been featured in Leadpages, QuickSprout, Forbes, Inc, SemRush. Founded in 2015. Location: Ottawa, Canada. Founders: Christopher Gimmer, Marc Chouinard.

Snappa runs an additional side project, called StockSnap, which is a resource of royalty free images that you can use for both personal and commercial projects at no cost. More importantly, no attribution is required.

With the Snappa application, you can create visual projects using photos of StockSnap or any other images from external sites, or by uploading your own.

How It Works – Features

The process is simplified. You just select a project and press “Create a graphic”.

You can select from templates or start a new graphic from scratch.

On the left-hand side, you open the tabs

  • Background (images , patterns ,media , colour)
  • Effects (color overlay, darken, blur, saturation, hue, brightness, contrast)
  • Texts (opacity enabled)
  • Graphics (icons and elements, own media)
  • Shapes

Other functions

  • Undo, Redo
  • Duplicate layers
  • Grid
  • Resize

Additionally, there is the option of moving objects backward and forward, like layers, a very useful feature you find on expensive software as Photoshop.

You can save your projects on their website, share them via Twitter or Facebook directly (you need to activate these accounts in Snappa) or download.

It is a very easy to use application and I create mini banners and images in seconds.

Snappa Knowledge Base

If you find it hard to get started Snappa has included a whole series of documents and tutorials to help you out.

Examples

  • How to create a featured image in less than a minute (Video Tutorial)
  • How to apply background effects … and more.

The section “Using Snappa” explains everything as concerns the function of this app.

There is an FAQ department in which they announced that they are preparing a Premium version, it may be finished around the end of the month.

At the moment there is no mobile version, it is only accessible on the web.

All images are under the Creative Commons CC0 which allows you to copy, modify and distribute photos, even for commercial purposes, without any need for attribution.

Plans & Pricing

  • Starter: Free, 1 user, 570,000+ HD photos & graphics, limited templates, 2 social accounts, 5 downloads per month
  • Pro: $10/month (billed annually), 1 user, 570,000+ HD photos & graphics, unlimited downloads, unlimited templates, unlimited social accounts, saved designs & folders, custom font uploads, Buffer integration

Final Words

Although Snappa is a beta version application and is not that huge as Canva, still it is a great tool that I use almost daily. It is fast, accurate and the “Effects” section offers superior functionality and boosts creativity.

Inside the app there are not offered a lot of images, if you subscribe to the Stock Snap newsletter, you will be receiving royalty free images in your inbox.

Update: Now there are over 570,000+ photos inside the app

To mention here that I am a member of Stock Snap for a few months and I have already downloaded over 250 images, all ready to be used. Therefore the blog of Stock Snap is a great resource of inspiration and know – how.

The application includes many icons and mini graphic elements, which you can’t find even on tools like Canva.

And the app can save you valuable time by using the predefined templates without having to worry about the perfect dimensions on each social network.

In combination with other visual editing apps, you can create beautiful artwork in no time.

Hi Tasos, Thank you, I will test Snappa as soon as possible.

Not easy to find the easiest tool for a beginner (like me). I tried Canva but even if it seems to be the oldest player in the market, it was not that easy for me to get started at all. I also discovered Pixelixe Studio ( https://studio.pixelixe.com) and was starting using it weekly, it has less templates than Snappa or Canva but I really appreciated I didn’t had to signin to use it. It is directly in my browser favs, no account required. I will be glad to get some feedback about it as well if some of you already tried. Anyway, I will test some of your alternatives as well to compare by myself.

    Thanks again

I have never heard of Snappa before. I always use Microsoft paint to edit my images. For most of my articles I use screenshots to explain the products in more depth.

I will then use print screen to take a screenshot and then paste it into paint to edit. It is a long process and I guess that Snappa can do it faster and better.

Welcome back Vijoen , yes Snappa is way better than Microsoft paint. And there are pre-made elements and graphics than can make your life easier.

Unfortunately I had noticed some changes after the upgrade they made to their platform. Now the free account comes with many restrictions.I will have to investigate it for a longer period before any conclusions.

Thank you for visiting my blog and for your participation in the discussion.Good luck with your screenshots.

Great info except you exclude whether it has an app for mobile devices like iPad air?

Welcome Pat , I did not find any information on mobile devices inside the Snappa website. If there is any progress on that matter I guess they will announce it.

Thank you for this visit and for your mention.

Wow this looks great and you have illustrated what it can do very well. I have never heard of this tool but I Have used Canva before. I only heard of that tool recently and it so quick and useful.

In the same way as canva, is there both free and paid for images to choose from?

I will definitely give it a try. Thanks!

I have been using Canva for a few months now and really love it except for the fact that most of their free backgrounds for blog posts that are to my liking cost money, so this was really interesting to me. I guess they have to make money though too, right? I had not heard of Snappa before reading this. I may have to check it out. I am impressed that they offer tutorials for their products. It seems that they are really trying to help their users have a great experience with their product. Thanks for the review!

Welcome Jess , yes sometimes we have to pay $1 for background images on Canva.I would suggest you check out this royalty free images directory and subscribe for any site you think is close to your style.Snappa is part of the StockSnap which offers for free beautiful images , perfectly fit for background. That is why I use a lot of design tools at the same time.

Thank you for this visit and for stating your experience with Canva , good luck on your research.
